I am going to go run naked down the lane!!!

A friend of mine used to tell her kids that when they were driving her crazy. And mine are trying very very very hard to drive me crazy. The second picture is what my daughter did while she should have been in quiet time. She washed all the dishes and cleaned the kitchen counters.
My husband came home and said, "Is this the dishes she washed?"
I said, "Yes aren't they great!"
And then he whispered,"Can you rewash them tonight?"
To which I whispered, "Yes."
And the first picture is her room. What she was supposed to be cleaning in her quiet time. So nice of her to do my chores though. So I guess I will have to help her with her room. Yuck!
And the last picture is where my son was hiding the other day. As if it is not bad enough in that cupboard.
Course having my dishes washed is better then how my morning started. I had sent Butterbean to her room for jumping up and down screaming in a fit of rage because I asked her to do something. So she went to room to just scream, "Dad! Where are you! I want you home instead of Mom! You are nicer than her!" Lovely. Later Butterball got in trouble to which he quietly said with an evil eye, "I hate you." It has been a great day.

Trauma

Butterbean is so tired today. She is crying here because her "special deodarant that I got from Santa is gone!" Oh the traumas of a small child's life.

It is sideways but this is how my daughter has been cleaning my mirror for me. No wonder it is covered in spots. And as she keeps cleaning it for me every day I don't have the heart to do it myself.

My kids are always threatening me. "When I grow up and live in my own house...." Well today Butterball was mad at me for something and said, "I grow up, go movie Aunt Y, and Dar, and JW, and JR. And you not come." So sis, when my kids hate me and run to you can you kindly stear them back to their poor Mom who is just trying to do the best she can.

Prayer and shooting?!?

Here are my kids all ready for church. Cheesey smiles and all. Right before church I found Butterball and Butterbean both praying by the couch. I don't know where they saw to put their hands like that. When I came back to get a picture Butterball was shooting. They are so funny.

Fun with cousins

While I was scrapbook shopping with one of my sisters, my husband and kids went to a movie and to play arcade games with my one of my other sisters, her kids, and her friend. They had a wonderful time. You know my husband likes my sister if he is willing to spend time with her without me there. Butterball loves these cousins and Aunt and asks to go to movies or to just spend time with them all the time. Y you will always be an A+ in my husbands eyes. Thank you again for the cute pictures.

Bakwards pants

This is my cute little Butterball wearing his pants backwards. Because he has put them on himself I don't fix it. We are lucky the shirt was on right because that also is usually on backward. If I ask if he wants me to fix it for him he will say, "No, I yike it this way." Thanks to my sister for the cute pictures.

Poor baby

This is how my poor baby looked most of the night. He fell asleep at 12am, then was up at 12:20 to eat. Then ate on and off till 3:30 when he woke up screaming. My husband relieved me at 4:30 when he fell asleep again. Then woke at 5:30 screaming. My husband relieved me again until 6:30 when he was hungry. Then the kids got me up at 8. Today will be a fun day.

My little helpers

So this is how we do it when Dad has not gone to sleep yet. I lay with him on the bed and if you notice the vacuum at the end, it is on. After awhile I will try and turn it off but he wakes up and starts fussing so I turn it back on. He started his colic early tonight, 4 pm, so I am crossing my fingers that it means I will get to bed early too. He is never quite asleep like this. Sometimes his hands wiggle constantly letting me know he is a little more comfortable but not enough to get a good sound sleep in. Poor guy. Do they choose to have colic up in Heaven? I know it is not the worse thing they could have but it sure makes him miserable while he has it and makes it hard to enjoy him when he is screaming all the time. Oh well, I will keep him anyway. He he. I just keep reminding myself that Butterball was worse. He cried all the time and I was the only one that could hold him.
My daughter was super whiney today so I had her lay down for a nap which I normally don't make her have. I also laid down as I was tired from my late night partying with Appleseed and trying to start exercising again. When I got up she came running into my room to show me what she had done. Instead of napping she had cleaned the bathroom (it was cute how she thought it was clean), and she really did put her best effort into cleaning our large mirror in there. She had folded the laundry that was on the couch and stacked it in the hallway like I do. And she had cleaned up her room for me which meant everything on the bed and in the closet. It was so sweet of her to do all this and I loved it. She is the best!

My kids love to help. Especially dishes. As you can see there is no room for me to step in there and do them too but I decided to just let it go tonight. I was kind of grossed out at the condition of some of the dishes that got put in the rack but I thought it was super cute and nice of them to want to do them. They argued non stop about who was going to use what to clean them or whose turn it was to rinse but it was cute.

Vacuum and belly buttons

This is the start of our family blog. Sorry it is ugly right now but I don't know how to do the cute backgrounds and such yet. I don't know how to do any of it yet and am surprised I figured this much out. He he. This is how Appleseed and I spend most nights till 12am or 2am, of course it is usually me sitting there holding him. He has colic and loves the vacuum. He is calm while it is running and sometimes I swear he has fallen asleep but if I turn it off he will jerk awake and start crying again. It is not really a cry, more like a scream. My husband complained about me burning out the motor but I told him that as long as Appleseed is not crying then who cares.

Here are my three cuties belly buttons. As you can see Little Appleseed's is a bit bigger. He has a herniated umbilical. My girl, Butterbean had one when she was a baby but hers healed itself. She now has an outie which is cute. Butterball was my only child without one. And if you can believe it he was my big baby when he was born, 7lbs 9oz. Apparently hernia's happen to pre-term and low birth weight babies which Butterbean and Appleseed both were. Appleseed will have to have surgery to fix his because he is in the 5% that it won't heal itself. It is getting too big too fast and we feel is causing him pain. I am not excited to have my baby go through surgery but it will be for the better in the end. His surgery will be April 20. Your prayers for us would be appreciated so I don't die of stress before it. I just hope it helps with his colic he has a night too. One can hope so.
